You have the right to request deletion of your VeggieBasket account and all personal data associated with it. We will process your request within 30 days.
Follow these simple steps — no app login required.
Open your email app and write a new email to us. Use the template below — just fill in your registered mobile number and User ID (found in the Profile screen of the app).

Use subject line: Account Deletion Request — VeggieBasket
After receiving your request, we will send a confirmation email within 2 business days. Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the confirmation.
⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your account, order history, saved addresses, referral credits, and all other data associated with your account cannot be recovered. Please be sure before submitting your request.
Upon successful processing of your deletion request, the following data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems:

* Certain order records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian tax and accounting laws. These records will not be used for marketing or shared with third parties.
How long does deletion take?
We will confirm your request within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
Can I cancel my deletion request?
Yes — if you change your mind, email us at contactveggiebasket@gmail.com before we confirm the deletion. Once confirmed and processed, it cannot be reversed.
Will I lose my order history?
Yes. All order history visible in your app will be permanently deleted. Basic records may be retained for legal compliance only and will not be accessible to you.
What if I want to use VeggieBasket again after deletion?
You can create a new account at any time using your mobile number. However, your previous order history, referral credits, and account data will not be recoverable.
I don't remember my User ID. Can I still request deletion?
Yes. Provide your registered mobile number and we will locate and delete your account.
